INCLUDE THIS IN YOUR MESSAGE

• A screenshot if it helps, but never send your password or a selfie by email.

RESTORE A PREMIUM PURCHASE
Open Questify's premium-avatar flow or Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Questify account you want to use. Also make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple ID that made the purchase.

CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION
On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Questify, then choose Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app or your Questify account does not cancel billing through Apple.

REMINDERS
In Questify Settings, turn on the single daily reminder. Then check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Questify. Questify schedules the reminder locally and does not use promotional push notifications.

VOICE PLANNING
Apple's speech-recognition technology turns your microphone input into text. Questify does not save the raw audio recording. If you turn on AI planning in Settings, the transcript text is sent through Questify's server to OpenAI's gpt-4o-mini model to organise it into tasks — you are asked to consent first, and you can turn it back off at any time.

PERSONALIZED AVATAR SELFIE
The feature is optional and asks for explicit consent before upload. Questify holds the source selfie privately only until the base character is forged, then deletes the source file, its storage reference, and its temporary integrity fingerprint. Later stages use the generated base character. OpenAI may separately retain API safety logs for up to 30 days. Do not email selfies to support.

GUILD SAFETY
In the Guild Hall, tap a member and choose Safety & privacy to report or block them. Guild owners can report and block an abusive join request, and a Guild Pass can be reported from its preview. Blocking stops new private requests, passes, and Bumps between the accounts. Use the in-app report first so Questify receives the relevant limited moderation context; never email passwords, selfies, or quest text.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
In Questify, open Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. This is permanent. Cancel any active Apple subscription separately.
